Can you help me determine my ring size?

If you do not know your ring size, you can use this tool to determine the best fit. Joe Wall Ring Sizer Tool. When we design custom rings, bridal bands, or engagement rings we like to make a set of 3D prints then mail sample sizes to the customer so they can try it on and make sure it fits. Each ring design can fit slightly differently, so when it comes to a big purchase, we work with you to make sure we get it right.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Refunds are available to customer if unsatisfied with their order. To process a refund contact us through the Contact Us form and we will respond within 24 hours to discuss resolving your issue. After Joe Wall receives the item, a refund will be given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Money back or item exchange (buyer’s choice). The complete item must be returned with its original packaging and tags attached.
