Joe Wall will personally reach out to you with in 24 hours and provide an estimate on when you can expect a formal response to your request.
Design Review Process
3 TO 5 DAYS
Joe Wall will review your request in detail.
Prototype
If we can design your piece then Joe will provide you with a sample image, define the product description, price, and delivery time.
Customer Approval
To move forward, you’ll provide your credit card information on our secure website. If a deposit or full payment is required then the fee will be processed on your credit card at that time.
Development
AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME IS 3 WEEKS
While your pieces is in development you will receive email updates.
Printing >> Quality Review >> Casting >> Finishing & Polishing
Proof Round
During final inspection we will send you a picture of the completed piece before shipment.
